仕事内容
まずはオークションの流れを覚えることからスタート
いきなり営業をお任せするのではなく、まずは自動車オークションの実務を通じて業界の流れ・相場感・お客様のニーズを理解していただきます。
実務を覚えたら、以下3つの営業業務へステップアップします。
車両出品支援事業(お客様の「高く売りたい」を叶える、戦略的プロデュース)
全国のオークション会場の中から、今、この車が最も高く売れる場所・タイミングを見極めて提案。
「どう見せるか」「どこに出すか」「いつ勝負するか」
——まるで車のプロデューサーのように、売却戦略を設計します。
車両買取事業(相場の裏側を知り、目利き力がぐんぐん成長)
相場を瞬時に見極め、納得の買取価格を提示します。
書類・引き上げ・入金までワンストップ対応で、お客様の「困った」を即座に解決。
既存顧客のフォローアップ営業(信頼関係を構築して、長期的なパートナーに)
飛び込み営業は一切なし。
一度お取引したお客様と信頼関係を構築し、「最近どうですか?」から始まる関係づくりを大切にします。
紹介で新規のお客様が自然と増えていくのも、この営業スタイルの魅力です。

13:00 トレンドを分析「〇〇車が今、アツイ」など
16:00 来週の訪問スケジュール調整

年間インセンティブ想定支給額:約80万円

試用期間あり
試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
