Essential Duties
- Achieve superior outcomes by leveraging our continuously evolving / differentiated solutions
- Keeping up to date with the product and any related certifications
- Exhibiting proficiency with software and software configuration
- Have a strong knowledge of the industry and the associated Cloudsuite
- Seek, share and apply knowledge to generate value to Infor
- Have a strong knowledge of the IPC's and how they should be implemented as standard
- Work in line with Infor's project methodology
- Those who have experience as an ERP implementation consultant for the above target products, mainly for the automotive and manufacturing industry
- Or those who have experience of ERP implementation of the above target products on the customer side (Especially those who have business and IT knowledge in automobiles, high-tech, industrial machinery etc.)
- Business knowledge of manufacturing, sales, purchasing, accounting, etc.
- Japanese: Fluent, English: Business level proficiency
- Those who can work as a team
- Those who can identify problems and accurately extract issues in situations such as daily work, projects, meetings, etc.
- Leadership to take initiative in customers, partners, organizations and companies
- Communication skills to build teamwork and trust.
- Consulting skills such as problem solving and logical thinking

- Or technical experience in hardware, DB, system operation, etc. related to the above target products (Basic knowledge of OS such as UNIX, Linux, Windows Basic knowledge of RDBMS products such as Oracle, SQLServer, DB2, etc.)
