【業務内容】

期間限定でオープンするアウトレット・ポップアップストアの店長として、店舗運営をお任せします。

ただ「売る」だけではありません。

山形県・酒田市の自社工場職人が作り上げる国産の誇りをお客様に体験してもらう、「ブランドの伝道師」としての役割です。

世界を熱狂させる1本をあなたのアプローチで届けてください。

【具体的な業務】

  • 接客販売

・アウトレット店ならではのライト層へのアイテム紹介

・富裕層へのカウンセリング提案

  • 店舗レイアウトの企画・VMDの実施

研修ありなのでご安心ください。

本部の言いなりでもなく、丸投げでもありません。

  • 在庫管理・売上分析

日報の入力は社内システムを使います。

簡単なPC入力操作ができればOKです。

  • スタッフの育成・シフト管理

未経験者もいるので、販売が楽しいと思ってもらえるように育てましょう。

  • ポップアップ期間終了に向けたクローズ業務

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

営業時間 09:30~20:30

早番 09:30~18:30

遅番 11:30~20:30

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万7000円 〜 25万6500円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万8300円 〜 5万9850円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

・交通費別途全額支給

・インセンティブあり

※入社時の月給は一律で255,300円です。
