・ 事業・組織両面の成長戦略とガバナンスを踏まえ、
業務プロセス・データ・制度を再構築し、経営判断の精度とスピードを高めます。
・ AnyAIをはじめとする先端テクノロジーを駆使し、業務オートメーションと
意思決定を実現し、業務生産性を2倍にするための仕組みを設計・展開します。
・ アジア15カ国22拠点の部門や拠点を横断してデータを統合し、
誰もが共通の前提で迅速に議論できる環境を実現します。
・ 営業・会計業務の再設計、ECビジネスの全体最適化、
人事評価プロセスの高度化など、複数の大規模プロジェクトを同時に管理し、成功に導きます。
【求める人材】
・ 業務改善や要件定義に関わった経験
・ 営業または会計領域での実務経験(2年以上)
・ 英語でのコミュニケーション力(社内公用語でのやり取りが可能なレベル)
【歓迎】
・ 組織設計や戦略推進に携わった経験(経営企画/事業企画など)
・ AI/LLMを活用した業務改善プロジェクトへの関与経験
【給与】
年収700~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
