■仕事内容

当社は不動産賃貸仲介店舗に向けに、店舗に代わりお客様対応を代行する集客支援サービスを展開しています。

入社後【カスタマーサポート】として当社の基幹業務である「お部屋探しをしている方からのお問い合わせに対し、電話やチャットを通じて希望条件のヒアリング、物件のご提案、内見案内」の業務を行っていただきます。

上記業務に慣れてきましたら、カスタマーサポートに留まらず、下記のようなデータを活用したサービス改善企画、チームマネジメント、カスタマーサクセスとして法人とのやりとりなど、幅広い領域にもチャレンジしていただきます。

◆役割と具体的な業務◆

ご入社後は、段階的に以下の役割を担っていただきます。

1. カスタマーサポート

・賃貸物件を探しているお客様へ希望条件のヒアリング

・条件に応じた物件の紹介、内見案内

・電話・メールによる来店・申込促進支援

◆スミカによる成約率はなんと25%競合他社や不動産賃貸店舗の平均(10%)と比べると高水準◆

カスタマーサポート業務に慣れてきましたら、適性と希望に合わせて下記業務をお任せします。

2. マネジメント/メンバーサポート

・新人採用、育成、研修制度の設計

・チームマネジメント

3. カスタマーサクセス(法人)

・店舗へのサービス活用提案、改善支援

・店舗への訪問

・サービス導入店舗の獲得

4. データ活用・サービス改善業務

・顧客対応データの分析、傾向把握

・問題抽出およびサービス改善提案

・業務オペレーションの標準化推進

入社後は、マンツーマンで先輩が就いて指導

2週間ほどで実際にお客様に対し電話対応を行っていく事が目標徐々に独り立ちを目指して頂きます。

・何かしらの折衝経験1年以上(アルバイトも可)

シフト制(所定労働時間8時間/休憩1時間)

サービスの営業時間が08:00~22:00で毎日営業しておりますので、

広い範囲からご希望に合わせたシフトで稼働ができます。

★固定シフト制(=月ごとにシフトが変わらず、月火休みであればずっと月火休み)といった体制ですので、

オンオフをしっかり分けることができ、自分のスタイルにあった働き方が可能です。
