Calibration Service Technician

Primary responsibilities – 

• Conduct calibration/repair on Tektronix and Multi-Vender installments
• Manage calibration/repair service task in the application and track the progress
• Correspond to customer's technical inquiry for services in progress for confirmed order
• Communicate with customers for technician support over the phone or by e-mail
• Support Sales/Customer Service Representative in terms of technical aspects for closing the deals
• Communicate with outsourcing institutions and manage engineering item, delivery schedule
• Prioritize service job for achieving sales target
• Conduct Daily Management on service job
• Calibration test system maintenance

Qualifications-

• Minimum 1 years' experience of Test & Measurement technical services
• Adequate knowledge of service engineering and office applications such as MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint
• Fast learning ability especially for technology/system 
• Communication skills with internal colleagues and customers
• Ability to take action for improving current environment with own initiative
• Make the message swiftly and precisely to correspond to customer's message
• Electrical and Electric knowledge/Background

Preferred-

• Basic knowledge of English, reading/writing
• Programming skill
• System maintenance 
• Bachelor's degree
• Can be business travel/on-site support
