仕事内容:
お客様の社内システムやWebサービスの設計開発に携わって頂きます。
プロジェクトにより開発環境などは異なりますが、今後の技術的な方向性などをお聞きした上で、就業するプロジェクトを決定しています。安定的なプロジェクトの他、意欲的に最新の技術を取り入れているプロジェクトまで多岐にわたります。
また、プロジェクトはエンジニアの技術レベルも考慮して決定します。何らかのスキルアップ(設計力、開発力、折衝力)がはかれるプロジェクトに就いて頂きます。

エンジニアの技術力の向上を優先に考えていますので、まずはご希望をお聞かせください。
技術力とは、開発力は勿論、設計やQA、またマネージメント等多岐にわたりますので、それぞれのエンジニアのステージに合ったプロジェクトを提案させて頂きます。

勤務時間・曜日:
作業時間:9:00~18:00(昼休憩1時間)
残業時間:10時間程度
※作業時間や残業時間は、プロジェクトやPMの方針により多少変動します。
休暇・休日:
週休2日制(土日祝日)
家族都合などでの急なお休みも考慮可能です。
