仕事内容:

洋菓子製造会社の事務社員として、会社全体を支える事務業務をお任せします。

入社後は、一つひとつ丁寧にお教えしますので、未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

<主な業務内容>

■ 一般事務

・電話・メール対応

・来客対応

・書類作成、データ入力 など

■ 営業事務

・注文受付&入力

・納品書・請求書の作成

・営業スタッフのサポートなど

■ 経理事務(補助業務から)

・仕訳入力

・入出金チェック

・帳票整理 など
