◆ミッション

事業の戦略やマーケットの要求などを背景にした複雑な課題に対し、技術的な側面から最適な解決策を設計・選択し開発をリードすることで、事業と顧客への価値の最大化を実現することがミッションです。

テックリードとして、自ら手を動かして実装しながら、チームメンバーに対して技術的なサポートや示唆を提供していくといった形で技術的な側面で組織力の底上げを期待しています。

◆業務詳細

新規システム構築や既存システムの改善において、技術的なオーナーシップを持ち、以下の業務をリードしていただきます。

ご自身の強みや経験を活かし、他のメンバーと協力しながら進めていただくことを期待しています。

1.事業価値を最大化するアーキテクチャ設計と技術選定~実装

・事業特性や将来変化を見据えた、保守性と拡張性の高いシステムアーキテクチャの設計・構築

・ビジネス・非機能要件に基づく最適な技術スタックと構築手法(スクラッチ/SaaSを問わず)選定と、関係者との合意形成

2.開発プロセスの最適化によるチーム生産性の最大化

・目的に応じたアジャイルやドメイン駆動設計などの開発手法の導入

・チーム状況に合わせた開発プロセスの最適化と定着までの推進

・生成AIを活用した開発のリード

3.品質担保と技術的負債管理

・品質基準の定義と、コードレビュー等による品質確保

・技術的負債の評価と、事業影響を考慮した戦略的な解消計画の推進

・ユーザーフィードバックを活かした継続的な改善リード

4.技術課題解決とチーム牽引

・複雑な技術課題に対する解決策の提示と、必要に応じた実装リード

・メンバーへの技術的サポートを通じた、チーム全体の技術力向上への貢献

・最新技術の調査と、組織への導入検討・提案

■入社後の流れ

入社後は全体研修を実施し、会社の理念や事業内容、各種制度について説明します。

その後は、配属部署にて実務を通じたOJTでキャッチアップを進めていただきます。

即戦力としてご活躍いただけるよう、必要に応じてサポートしますので、不明点や困りごとは気軽に相談できる環境です。

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

下記いずれにも該当する方

・複数のプログラミング言語での開発経験(5年以上)

・RDBMS(PostgreSQL、MySQLなど)等を用いたシステム開発及び保守の実務経験

・AWSの各種サービス(EC2/S3/Auroraなど)を用いたシステム構築経験

・システム利用部門とコミュニケーションを取りながらシステムのあるべき姿を整理するスキル(要件定義力 3年以上)
