社長やスタッフが円滑に業務できるよう

秘書兼サポートスタッフを大募集

【具体的なお仕事内容】

  • 社長秘書業務

・スケジュール管理、アポイント調整

・来客対応、会議室調整

・贈答品・祝電/弔電等の手配

・礼状・御礼メール等の文書作成

・経費精算(領収書取りまとめ、社内システムへの入力)

・必要に応じた各種調整業務・社長補佐サポート

  • 社内スタッフ部門のアシスタント業務

・会議準備(資料印刷、会議室準備、備品手配等)

・ドキュメンテーション(議事録作成、簡易資料作成、社内申請サポートなど)

・総務・管理部門に関連する庶務業務

・各種手続きサポート(社内システム登録、社内文書管理)

幅広いお仕事をお願いするので、

「人のサポートが好き」

※営業事務はなし

【働きやすさ】

勤務時間は10:00~17:00と

朝はゆっくりめ、基本残業なしです

また、完全週休2日制なので、

プライベートも大事にしながら働けます

※原則は出社してのオンサイト勤務ですが、

事前申請があれば不定期でリモートワークも可能
