業務内容


本求人はゆくさ株式会社の職業紹介求人のため、紹介先企業での雇用となります。(有料職業紹介09-ユ

  • 保育園での一般事務業務を幅広く担当していただきます。

・電話・来客対応

・書類整理、勤怠入力

・備品管理

・簡単な経理補助

・園内掲示物の作成など

が主な業務です。

必要に応じて保育補助に入っていただくこともあり、園運営を円滑に進めるためのサポートとして活躍していただきます。

スケジュール例

・08:30~お子さま迎え入れ、電話対応

・10:00~園児に関連する書類作成、整理

・12:00~休憩

・13:00~備品・在庫のチェック

・15:00~保育補助、掃除、洗濯

・17:30~降園

・Word、Excel、Outlookの基本的な操作が出来る方

(SUM関数、写真挿入、表作成、スクリーンショット、ビジネスメール作成等)

・事務経験1年以上(業界不問)または保育園事務経験(年数不問)

・週5日勤務できる方
