来店・問い合わせのあったお客様に対して、

中古住宅+リノベーションの住まい探しをお手伝いする

カウンターセールスのお仕事です。

<研修制度について>

OJTやロールプレイング研修、商談前の事前練習など、

実践型の育成体制が整っています。

平均1~2ヶ月で初契約できる環境です。

<配属先について>

現在男性2名・女性1名の3名体制で、30代中心に活躍中。

立ち上げフェーズのため、

意見やアイデアを歓迎する風通しの良さが魅力です。

基本給:月給 30万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給30万円以上+各種手当+賞与年2回

※経験や能力を十分に考慮の上、加給・優遇いたします。

※上記金額には、固定残業手当78,000円(45時間相当分)が含まれます。それを超える残業が発生した場合は、別途時間外手当をお支払いします。
