仕事内容:

プリンター/複合機(LP/MFP)および関連ソフト(ドライバ・ユーティリティ等)における

ネットワーク機能を中心としたソフトウェア品質評価(QA)業務です。

評価OPのように「指示されたテストを実施するだけ」ではなく、

仕様理解・テスト設計・結果分析・不具合切り分けまで**含めたQA業務が中心です。

※業務特性上、勤務は海老名拠点への出社が基本(業務状況により一部在宅あり)。

【主な業務内容】

・ネットワーク機能を中心とした品質評価 (テスト設計/テスト実施/結果整理・報告)

・テスト仕様書(観点)作成・修正、実施結果の記録、工数記録

・不具合の再現確認、原因切り分け、障害票作成・記載内容チェック、設計/開発への連携

・評価環境の準備・維持 (実機セットアップ、ネットワーク接続、評価LAN・サーバ/クライアント運用、問合せ対応)

・テーマ終了時の振り返り(改善点整理)への参画

※英語力のある方は海外拠点/ベンダー対応等で活かせます(必須ではありません)

【必須条件・スキル】

・基本的なコミュニケーション能力

・PC基本操作(office365、特にOutlook/Teams、Excelでの入力・表作成、Wordでの文書作成)

・テスト実行の経験、または手順書に沿った検証業務の経験(業界不問

・海老名拠点への出社を前提とした勤務が可能な方

・ソフトウェア評価/QAの実務経験

・テスト設計(観点出し・仕様書作成/修正)の経験

・障害票作成、切り分け、開発/設計との調整経験

・ネットワーク基礎知識(TCP/IP、LAN、Wi-Fi 等)

・評価環境(評価LAN、PC/サーバ、実機接続等)の構築・運用経験

・英語でのやり取り経験(必須ではありません)

※ネットワーク評価経験者/QA設計経験者は優遇(スキルに応じて将来的に上位ランクも検討)

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

9:00〜18:00 または 8:00〜17:00(休憩60分)

※残業:月平均10時間~20時間程度

※フレックスタイム制度あり

(標準労働時間8時間/日、コアタイム10:00〜16:00、フレキシブルタイム:7:00〜10:00、16:00〜19:00)

月〜金(週休2日制/土日祝休み)

夏季休暇・年末年始休暇あり(年間休日120日)

原則出社勤務(業務状況によっては一部在宅あり)

アクセス:

給与:

・時給1,500円〜1,800円(経験・スキルを考慮)

※未経験OJTは1,300円~/基準到達で1,500円へ。

・月額目安:244,800円〜293,760円(8時間×20.4日換算)

・交通費支給(月3万円まで)

・在宅手当(月10日以上の在宅勤務で、月/3,000円支給)

・昇給あり(勤務評定による)
