■グローバルな環境
日本のみならず、海外のグループ会社の人事と連携し、グローバルな人事戦略をリードしていただきます。多岐にわたるステークホルダーをマネジメントしながら、大規模プロジェクトを推進いただきます。
■部署について
採用育成部は約60名の組織です。エントリーマネジメント課または人材開発課へ配属予定でチームで業務を進めていきます。また、プロジェクト参画時など、人事領域内の他部署との連携機会もあります。本ポジションでは、人材育成プログラムの企画・運用を通じて社員の主体的な成長をさらに促進していただくことを期待しております。
■具体的な業務内容
下記の1.または2.の業務を通じて、社員向け人材育成プログラムの企画・開発・運用をお任せします。既存プログラムの改定・運用に加え、0→1ベースでの企画機会もあります。
1.オンボーディング研修企画・運用
- オンボーディング研修プログラムの企画/運用/効果測定 (新卒研修/中途新人研修/フォロー研修/メンター研修/エグゼクティブ向け等)
- ベンダーマネジメント
- 予算/リソース管理
- ステークホルダーコミュニケーションの実施
2.全社員を対象としたコンピテンシー/スキル開発施策の企画・実行
- 人材育成課題の形成、育成施策の提案
- 研修プログラムの企画/運用効果測定
- キャリア開発支援施策の企画/実行
- ベンダーマネジメント
- 人材育成部門の予算/リソース管理
- ステークホルダーコミュニケーションの実施

Requirements
▼必須要件
- 国内外の事業会社における人材育成部門での研修企画・運用経験またはコンサルティング、人材育成サービス会社における研修コンテンツの企画、運用経験
- 人材育成に関する施策(研修等)の企画、実現を主体的に実現させた経験
- 英語での実務経験
▼歓迎要件
- 研修プログラム、ベンダーの評価、選定経験
- 社員の意識、行動変革の推進経験(チェンジマネジメント)
- 組織マネジメント/リーダー経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(目安:TOEIC800点)
