■品質保証・品質改善
*不良解析・再発防止における是正指導、支援、レビュー(8D)
*検査(外観・寸法・物性等)工程の管理、改善、標準化
■顧客対応
*顧客クレームの対応、担当部門へのサポート
*顧客要求事項(CSR)の自社内QMSへの展開・教育
■QMS運用・改善
*ISO9001に基づく品質管理プロセスの維持・改善
*品質KPIの監視と改善
■社内外連携
*国内外拠点とのQMS活動連携・横展開
*R&D・製造・製造技術・調達・スタフ部門と協働し品質課題の解決
*設備導入・工程変更時の品質リスク評価、妥当性確認/変更管理(顧客通知)
*サプライヤ品質:監査・是正支援
■新規製品・プロセス立上げサポート
*測定方法・検査基準の策定と妥当性評価
*工程改善提案(品質・生産性の両立)
※英語圏内の海外顧客向けの製品の品質保証に携わっていただきます。
流暢さは不問ですが、日常的に英語でビジネスコミュニケーションが求められるポジションです。
【必須要件】
・ISO9001の基礎理解(内部監査・是正処置の実務に触れた経験が望ましい)
・セラミックス業界での製造部門または製造技術部門での実務経験(目安 3年以上)
・工程改善の実務経験(歩留り改善、条件出し、標準化 等)
・不良解析・再発防止の基礎理解(8Dの流れを理解し、是正の妥当性を判断できる素地)
・文書作成と論理的説明力(報告書、顧客向け説明、手順書の作成)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(流暢さは不問ですが、英語を使うことに抵抗がなく、プロアクティブにコミュニケーションをとる姿勢がある方)
学歴:
・高専卒以上(工学系専攻歓迎)
・大学卒以上(機械/材料/化学/生産工学/電気系のいずれか)
<歓迎要件>
・工程変更・設備導入時の品質レビュー/立上げ経験(初期流動、量産移行)
・コントロールプランの起案・改訂を主導した経験
・FMEA・管理計画・QC手法の実務経験(キーワードレベルでも可)
・MRB/不適合処置の運営や判定の関与経験(承認側の視点があると尚良)
・サプライヤ監査の経験

08:20 ~ 17:10(実働7時間50分) / 休憩1時間(平均残業時間 20時間程度)
