JR57433 Advanced Technology Hardware Engineer, MetrologyMicron Technology, Inc の Advanced Technology ハードウエアエンジニア Metrologyは、最新の設備の導入や移設、装置のメンテナンスの管理を行います。最新装置になるので、装置ベンダー含めて初づくしの経験ができ、かつ沢山のアイデアで改善していくことになります。また開発からの設備の移管業務TRANSFERも行います。 アプリケーションエンジニアチームと協力して、最新製品を作り出す最新設備に対応し、装置開発、装置管理を最適化し、更にコスト削減、生産性の向上、リスク管理にも取り組んでいただきます。
また安全最優先で24時間Fabを稼働させ、かつNew Product Introductionを計画通り達成する観点から、測定精度、測定再現性を高いレベルで装置とレシピを維持管理できる仕組みを作り、現場レベルのSOPを整備していきます。それらは全てPDCAを回し常に最新のものとします。そしてManufacturing Availabilityの目標達成に向けて装置のリリース、ベンダー対応、またはそのフィードバック等、再発防止対策においても常に責任を持って従事する必要があります。
必須条件:
・半導体の基礎知識を有していること
・学士相当の知識を有していること
・各業務の進捗状況をタイムリーかつ正確に報告できること
・チームメンバー・関係者全員・ネットワークビジネスパートナーと良好な関係を築けること
・コミュニケーション能力やプレゼンテーション能力が高いこと
・英語での会話や文書作成ができる
・品質を理解し、積極的な品質改善を確立できること
・各分野の専門家とメールやCHATおよびFACE TOFACE(電話会議等)で明確にコミュニケーションできる能力
・短期および長期の目標を設定、測定、遂行する能力

・METROLOGYの知識
・MICRON基礎知識(TRANSFER経験/BKM等)
・MICRONの組織への理解、進めるべき方法、遂行プロセスの理解
