【仕事詳細】

エンジニア職の人材に対する応募者の形成~入社までのすべてが業務内容になります。

外に出てまだアスパークのことを知らない人と会うことやイベントに出展して会社の魅力を伝えるようなPR活動も私たちのお仕事です。

そのため営業職により近い業務内容としてメンバーたちは活躍しております。

◆募集形成~面接

まずは面接に呼び込むための周知活動から行っていただきます。

地域によって特性がございますので募集方法に関しては皆様にも考えて頂きながらの実施となります。

全社共通で行っていることとしては大学訪問での教授アプロ―チ、社員紹介をいただくための社内営業及びお声がけ、地域ごとの訓練校に対する会社PRのための営業活動、就職イベント出展などがございます。

また、そこからご紹介や接触した方に対して求める人材であるか見極め、必要な人材だと判断したらその人材にとっての当社の魅力をPRしていきましょう。求職者の方にとってはあなたが当社の第一印象になるため、会社の代表として接することを心掛けてください。

◆就職フェアへの参加

イベントブースの装飾や運営、当日のプレゼンテーションまで行ないます。プレゼンテーションは先輩のお手本をご覧いただき、早期にお任せしていく予定です。

◆学校訪問(大学・専門学校など)

新卒採用の際、学生の就職状況のヒアリングや学校説明会の開催を打診したりして、教授や就職課担当者との関係づくりを行います。

【本ポジションの採用に関して】

全国で3名の新しい仲間を採用します

2005年の設立以来、エンジニア派遣や医療従事者派遣といった分野を極めてきた当社。2011年4月にはメディカル事業部を分社化し、同年12月には薬剤師に特化した派遣会社を完全子会社化するなど、着実に事業の裾野を広げてきました。2014年にはホールディングス制へ移行し、アスパークホールディングスを設立。事業拡大の勢いも増してきており、人材の採用も急務となっています。今後、現在の採用担当の人数では対応しきれなくなる可能性があるので、このたび新しく3名の仲間を採用することにしました。

【今回の業種について】

採用担当としての応募となりますが営業要素が必要のため

研修を含め実績を出していけるまでは営業(コンサルタント)の業務を実施いただきます。

その後の採用ポジションへの移行となりますのでご了承くださいませ。
