誰もが知るグローバル大手コンシューマー企業に対するビジネス拡大とデリバリーを担うSEリード幹部社員を募集します。

富士通がこれまで大きな取引実績のない企業を中心に、自社のオファリングや他社との協業を元に価値提供を図り、新たなビジネス機会の創出から提案・プロジェクトの実行までを担って頂きます。

・機会創出:リード幹部として顧客フロントとしてのアカウントプランを策定し顧客との接点を通じ商談機会を創出する

・提案:社内外の関係者を含めた体制を組織を代表して構築し、要件に応え差別化を訴求しうる提案を策定する

・実行:関連部門を顧客フロント幹部としてリードし、各ステークホルダの対面にたちながらQCDを担保し提供価値を高め利益あるビジネスを実践する

コンシューマー業界のアカウントSE幹部として、お客様のビジネス上の課題の解決や変革の実現を支援する解決手段を提供し、当社ビジネスの拡大に繋げる事をミッションとします。このミッションを遂行するため、主に

・課題探索、お客様とのリレーション構築を始めとするプレ活動の策定

・お客様課題の探索・深耕

・提案やプロジェクト実行に向けた関係部門の巻き込み・チーミング

を、これまでの経験を元に、目標達成への強い意思を持って取り組んで頂く事を期待しています。

特に既存資産の先行きに課題を持つお客様も多く、モダナイゼーションの推進は解決すべき急務の課題であり、本部のビジネスとしても拡大を企図しています。

また、New Logo攻略をミッションとしながらも、お客様への確実な価値提供と当社としての利益拡大のためにも培ってきた経験を元に高品質なプロジェクト推進遂行を担って頂く事を期待しています。

  • 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格などBasic qualifications

以下の経験必須

・お客様接点を持つSEの経験/5年以上

・SEとしてのプレ活動またはプリセールスの経験

・SIプロジェクトにおけるPMまたはチームリーダの経験

  • 歓迎するキャリア、スキル、資格などPreferred qualifications

以下の経験があること

・お客様業界(コンシューマー産業)に対する知見

・SEとして顧客課題解決に向けた上流アプローチ経験

・英語でのビジネス推進経験(グローバル商談等)
