HRCはこんな会社です ネクステージグループの中核企業として、バストケア商品を主軸としたD2C(EC通販)事業で急成長を遂げています。 『理想の姿を叶えるために、伴走し続ける』という経営理念のもと、お客様のお悩みに寄り添うオリジナル商品の企画開発からブランディング、お客様応対までを一気通貫で行っているのが強みです。 主力商材であるナイトブラはマーケットシェアトップクラスを確立。19期にはグループ売上155億円を達成し、今後もEC産業を代表する企業グループとなることを目指しています HRCのミッション、ビジョン 20期の経営目標として、HRCグループ全体で売上高180億円、メンバー数150人、8事業(子会社含む)をグループ展開し、 「多角化ブランド展開で、圧倒的に理想の姿を叶える会社になる」ことを目指し、EC産業を代表するHRCグループを実現していきます こんなことを期待しています 現在、社内のWEBデザイナーが3名となります。 新ブランドを立ち上げていくにあたり、自社通販サイト・ LPのデザイン、バナー作成等、幅広く業務を担って頂きます。 ブランドの価値をデザインを通じて高めていただくために、量より質にこだわってデザインを創造しています 「ユーザー目線であることを意識したデザイン」を重視しており、 「どうしたらお客様に情報や弊社の想いが伝わるか」「どうやったら弊社商品をお客様に選んでいただけるか」を、 仲間と共に考えながら「デザイン業務」をお任せします。 自社商品の魅力をより多くの人に伝えるために、他のメンバーと協力しながら、 あなたのアイデアをカタチにしてください。 HRC 制作チームの魅力 D2C事業の自社制作チームなので、Web領域(LP・バナー・ECサイト)だけではありません 商品パッケージ、同梱物、DMなどの「グラフィックデザイン」や、 ポップアップストアの内装・什器などの「空間デザイン」、商品撮影のディレクションまで 媒体の枠を超えて、ブランドに関わる全てのデザイン業務に携わることが出来ます。 今後は各ブランドごとのブランディングを強化するために、 デザインから価値を生み出し、戦略まで担えるデザイナー集団を目指していきます ゆくゆくは、ブランド全体のクリエイティブを統括するアートディレクターや、 数値を管理するマネージャーなど、ご自身の希望に合わせてキャリアを構築していくことが出来ます こんなHPや特設サイトをデザインしています。 会社HP:https://c- 自社ECサイト 特設サイト <業務内容> ・バナー制作 ・LP制作(構成・デザイン) ・自社サイト制作 ・ABテストの実施 ※簡単なコーディングであればご自身で行っていただく場合もございます <組織> クリエイティブ課 制作・システムチーム ディレクター:1名 デザイナー:4名 システム:1名

年収:430万円 ~ 550万円 月給:28万7,000円 ~ 36万7,000円 【月給の内訳】 ・基本給:24万100円 〜 30万7,000円 ・固定残業手当:月 25時間分、4万6,900円~6万円※超過分は別途支給 昇給:年2回 賞与:年2回 (7月・12月、個人・会社の業績に応じて支給) 試用期間:3ヶ月 ※上記に加えて、決算賞与支給実績あり
