このポジションでは、そのうち玩具商材の担当を想定しており、カテゴリーの戦略にとって重要な取引先メーカーとAmazonユニークなお客様バリューをJBP(Joint Business Planning)に落とし込み、推進することで、玩具ビジネスを継続的に改善・成長させます。
また、担当する商品カテゴリー領域の品揃えの拡大、売上・利益の最大化を目指し、成長戦略策定と成果実現を担い、お客様の利便性と満足度の向上や効率的なオペレーションを追求することで、カテゴリーのビジネスを新たな成長ステージに乗せる役割を担います。(カテゴリ―は変更となる可能性があるので面接時にご確認ください)
またこのポジションは、成果達成のために、社内の各職種(ウェブコンサルタント、マーケティング担当、広告担当、購買担当など)と協力しながら成長戦略に基づく最適なアクションプランを策定し、最適な商品仕入れ・販売促進プロモーション・広告/宣伝を企画し提案し実行します。 事業責任者の方針の下で、担当チームの一員として、上記業務を効率的に完遂し、高いパフォーマンスを提供することが求められています。
【職務内容詳細】
1. 担当カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と実行・実現
予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、社内外の関係者からの情報を踏まえて担当カテゴリーの売上・利益目標を設定し、その実行します。
2. 販売データ・市場動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善、販売データ・市場動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善を行います。
3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化、仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関して分析を行い、最適な仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。
4. 日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても戦略的判断に基づきパートナーシップの維持・強化を行います。
5. WEBを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売(対メーカー)関係者との協働を通じて、webを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、それを実行します。
6. 社内関連部署との連携
シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署(事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、出品者事業担当者、およびマーケティング部門など)と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。
7. プロジェクトへの参画
全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして実績を残します。
