- 「まずは話を聞く」から始まる、やさしい窓口
このお仕事は、九州地場のインターネットサービスを検討している方からのお電話を受ける「一次受付」が中心です。
お電話をくださるのは、「申し込もうか迷っている」「まずは話を聞いてみたい」といった段階のお客様。
お願いするのは、無理に契約を進めたり、売り込んだりすることではありません。
「この住所は利用エリアに入っていますか?」
「料金はどのくらいですか?」
などの基本的なご質問にお答えし、申し込みを希望される場合は、専任の担当者へおつなぎする、または折り返しのご案内をします。
1件あたりの対応時間は5~10分程度。
「ここまで対応したらOK」という範囲があらかじめ決まっているため、それ以上を一人で判断したり抱え込んだりすることはありません。

応募資格
未経験OK(経験、資格は一切不問) / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK) / Excel、Word、ビジネスメールの操作が可能な方

勤務時間は以下パターンの組み合わせです
8:50~18:00(休憩70分) / 11:00~20:00、12:00~20:00、13:00~20:00(各休憩60分)/ 15:00~20:00、16:00~20:00、17:00~20:00(各休憩なし)
- シフト時間の固定や、平日のみシフトも相談OK
- お休み希望は毎月3日間まで提出OK
- 残業ほとんどなし月5以内(1分単位で給与計算)
- お子様の体調不良などによるお休みやシフト変更にも柔軟に対応します

社会保険加入なし(2か月未満の短期業務で加入要件を満たさないため) / 雇用保険、労災保険のみ加入 / 給料前払いOK / 勤務時の服装はオフィスカジュアル、髪色・髪型・ネイル・ひげ・ピアス自由
業務配属前に、入社手続きと、オリエンテーションやコールセンターの基礎研修などを2日間で実施します。コールセンター未経験の方も安心してお仕事を始めることができます。
