・土地の情報収集

・オーナー様訪問とヒアリング

・提案書や見積書の作成

・土地活用の提案・契約

・運営開始後のアフターフォロー

勤務時間・曜日:

実働8時間勤務

週休2日制(毎週日曜日、第2・第4土曜日、他月2日)

日曜日、月2回土曜日、月2回平日がお休みです。

プライベートの時間も充実できます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥300,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥69,000〜¥81,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

※経験などを考慮し、給与額を決定致します。

※別途累積インセンティブあり

※試用期間3ケ月、雇用条件に変更なし

但し管理職候補は能力次第で変更有
