仕事内容:

【主なお仕事について】

高齢者施設内厨房での調理業務。8時、12時、18時が配膳時間となっています。利用者さまの中には、持病や様々な症状を抱えている方もいらっしゃいますので、それぞれにあわせた調理をしています。噛む力や飲み込む力が弱くなった方には、きざみ食、ミキサー食、流動食といったように介護食もつくります。決められた時間に食事を提供しないといけないので、テキパキと動くことが求められます。
