仕事について

主に、グループホームやショートステイを

ご利用されている方々に対し、日常生活の

サポート全般を行っていただきます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

  • 食事の準備、配膳、食事介助
  • 入浴介助(お風呂介助)
  • 居室の清掃・環境整備、洗濯
  • 日中活動施設への送り出し
  • 共有スペースの清掃
  • 職員への情報共有・申し送りなど

勤務時間は柔軟に対応

<土日祝>

しっかり稼ぎたい方に:11:00~18:30

「15時から入りたい」「午前中だけ働きたい」など、

あなたのライフスタイルに合わせて相談に乗ります

1時間単位で取れる有給休暇もあるので、急な用事も安心です

<ある土日の流れの一例>

~7:00~

起床・身支度サポート

ご利用者様の着替えや洗面などの

準備をお手伝いします。

~8:00~

朝食・後片付け

朝食の準備、配膳、食事の見守り、

必要に応じた介助を行います。

~9:00~ 送り出し・環境整備

<平日>

日中活動施設へ行かれるご利用者様を

玄関まで送り出します。

<その後>

共有スペースの掃除、洗濯などを行い、

気になることは職員間で情報共有します。

~12:30~

昼礼・申し送り

ベテル事業所全体の連絡事項などを

共有します。

~13:30~

受け入れ・見守り

早めに戻られるご利用者様のお部屋等での

見守り、おやつ(補食)の準備を行います。

~15:00~

入浴支援

入浴介助が必要な方のサポートを行います。

(全介助・一部介助・見守りのみ等、

ご利用者様に合わせて支援)

~17:00~

夕食・後片付け

夕食の準備、配膳、食事の見守り、

必要に応じた介助を行います。

~18:30~

業務終了

夜勤スタッフへ引継ぎして退勤。

<土日祝>

11:00~18:30(休憩45分)

※週3~4日程度

※表記している勤務時間は目安です。

勤務時間や日数について相談可能です。

※扶養範囲内でも可能です

シフトによる勤務のため、お休みしたい日が

あれば事前に申し出ることができます。

休日休暇


勤務時間は調整できるので、

短時間勤務希望の方も

交通・アクセス


近鉄京都線小倉駅より車で5分

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1210円 〜 1360円

※時給は保有資格によって変動します。

*交通費支給あり(上限40,000円)

2024年度より時給60円UP

【賞与】

基本なし ※業績や勤怠状況により支給あり
