「状況を整理するのが得意」「人と話しながら物事を前に進めるのが好き」

AM・マーケ・PMなど複数のチームの動きをまとめて、

日々の進行が止まらないようにサポートする役割です。

特別な専門知識よりも、

タスク整理/コミュニケーション/優先順位づけ ができるかどうかが大切です。

・タスクの優先順位をまとめる

・メンバーへ仕事を割り振り、進行状況を確認する

・スケジュール調整やリソースの確認

・作業が止まりそうな箇所を見つけてサポート

・納期・品質に問題がないかチェック

現場の声と数値をもとに、

事業の成長を支える「止まらないオペレーション」を一緒に整えていきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間・曜日

・9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間・実働8時間)

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・クライアントとの定例MTGは平日の日中が中心

・作業は個人裁量が高く、集中しやすい環境

・急な予定にも柔軟に調整できる働き方を推奨

・年間休日120日以上

・出張原則なし

アクセス:

・最寄駅:JR「代々木駅」徒歩2分(西口から近くアクセス良好)

・複数路線利用可能で、通勤しやすい立地です

給与:

・昇給:年4回(評価制度に基づく)

・勤務開始日の相談OK(1〜3か月先の入社も調整可能)

・選考はオンライン面接に対応(1〜2回を予定)

・業務開始後はオンボーディング研修あり

給与・報酬: 240,000円 - 320,000円 月給
