配属先のアプリケーションプラットフォームグループは、損害保険ジャパンの基幹システムフレームワーク開発/保守、ビジネス戦略の実現に向けたAPIプラットフォーム開発/保守を担っている部署です。各個人の成長、育成を重視しており、主体性の尊重、多様な経験の提供、フィードバックをグループのポリシーとしています。グループメンバーは、16名で20~50代と年齢層は幅広いですが、年齢に関係なく相談しやすい環境の中、お互い協力し合いながら仕事をしています
■テレワーク日数
対面でのコミュニケーションを目的とした週一回の出社日を決めていますが、基本的に個人の働き方に任せています。
入社当初はOJTのため、出社頻度は増えます。
