官公庁・独立行政法人をクライアントとし、既存システムの刷新やデジタル化推進プロジェクトにおいて、中心的な役割を担っていただきます。
【具体的な職務内容】
■戦略立案と要件定義: クライアントへの綿密なヒアリングを通じ、現状の複雑な課題やニーズを深く理解。システム開発、クラウド、セキュリティなどの知見に基づき、最適なシステム導入計画の立案、企画、要件定義を行います。
■ベンダー選定支援: システム導入ベンダーを選定するため、提出された提案書の技術的評価や、顧客プレゼンテーションへの立ち合いを実施し、公正な判断を支援します。
■PMO(プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス)業務: 顧客のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、設計・開発・運用フェーズにおけるベンダーの進捗・品質を厳しくチェック。多様な関係者間の複雑な調整を行い、プロジェクトを確実に成功に導きます。

■システム開発または運用に関わる業務経験10年以上(開発、インフラ問わず)
■プロジェクトマネージャー、PMO業務、またはITコンサルティングのいずれかの経験3年以上

▼公共系のシステム開発や構築の経験
▼IT関連資格(PMP、情報処理技術者試験など)の保有
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 900 万円
昇給年1回(7月)、賞与年2回(6月・12月)※個人業績・部門業績により変動
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
