製造業のクライアントを中心に、SAPの導入から運用まで、一貫したコンサルティングをチームで担当いただきます。
【具体的な職務内容】
■コンサルティング: クライアントの経営課題を深くヒアリングし、DX推進に向けた企画・構想の提案。
■プロジェクト遂行: SAP S/4HANA、Ariba、Concurを中心とした導入支援、環境構築、本番運用支援。
■チームマネジメント: 若手メンバー3~4名の育成・マネジメント。ビジネスリードも期待しています。
■新規事業の推進: 「GROW with SAP」やパブリッククラウドSAPなど、新たなソリューションの体制づくりからビジネス化まで。

開発本部 東日本事業部 もしくは ソリューション本部
※SAPに特化したグループ会社「IMGコンサルティング株式会社」への出向の可能性ございます。

出社の必要に応じて出社/リモートワークで就業いただきます。
ミーティングや日々の情報共有はオンライン会議やチャットツールを活用しています。
【定年】60歳 65歳まで再雇用可

【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1000 万円
昇給年1回(7月)、賞与年2回(6月・12月)※個人業績・部門業績により変動
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
