点心師

\創作中華バルで、伝統点心と新たな味づくりに挑戦/

中華料理店にて点心師を募集します。

<お仕事内容>

ホテル出身シェフが腕を振るう

本格中華バル「華SUN匠」にて、

点心調理を中心とした業務をお任せします。

一品一品に想いを込め、

お客様の心に残る点心を丁寧に

仕上げていただくお仕事です。

※経験者限定(点心を5種類以上包める方が対象です)

・点心の調理全般

(蒸し餃子、香港焼売、オリジナル小籠包など、すべて手包み)

・仕込みなどの調理補助業務

・在庫管理、衛生管理

・開店・閉店準備

・ホール業務、洗い場補助

※店舗状況によりお願いする場合があります

基本給:月給 30万円 〜
