  • ミッション

新規事業である"アート・美術教室"の「確立~定着~拡大」まで、すべてのフェーズをお任せします。 単なる管理者ではなく、この事業の「社長」として、予算策定から組織づくり、収益化までを一貫してリードしてください。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・事業戦略・数字管理(収益化の追求)

・事業計画の策定、PL(損益)管理、予算管理。

・体験申込からの成約率、会員の退会率、講師への分配率など、事業に関わる「すべての数字」を掌握し、利益最大化のためのPDCAを回します。

・組織マネジメント・採用

・講師の採用面接、人員配置、評価制度の構築。

「メンタルには自信がある」「マネタイズなら任せて」というスタンスで、結果にコミットする強い組織を作ってください。

・経営者視点の習得

社長直下のポジションのため、経営陣から直接フィードバックを受けられます。日次・月次での予実管理を通じ、経営者視点を養いながら事業推進を図ります。

【必須】

・一人称で新規事業開発、または新規拠点の立上げ経験がある方

・大学等で専門的に美術を学んだ方(デザイン系出身の方も歓迎)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 29万1000円 〜 41万5000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万9000円 〜 13万5000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり28時間 〜 45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

【給与について】

  • 給与はこれまでのご経験やスキルを考慮の上、決定いたします。
  • 管理監督者採用の場合は、別途の残業代支給はありません。

【手当について】

  • 一律、通勤交通費として上限20,000円/月の支給があります。
