百貨店の内装監理業務部門での

お仕事をお任せします

【具体的には・・・】

  • 店内内装の構築と管理運営

・店舗内装計画の策定

・店舗内装、装飾物の維持管理

・より良い店舗内装の提案および実行

  • 円滑な開業に向けての関係業者とのやりとり

・内装設計指針の策定

・設計施工に関わる打ち合わせ

・関係業者に対して通知、指導、調整、確認

・各種手続き・完成後の竣工資料作成および収集

【資格・経験】

【必須】

  • 高卒以上
  • 普通自動車運転免許
  • CADソフトの操作経験

(VectorWorks・AutoCAD・JW-CAD)

※CADソフトの実務経験があればOK

既存データの修正が中心のため

新規作図スキルは不要です

  • Excel、Wordの基本操作スキル

【勤務期間】

原則1年ごとの更新

【休日・休暇】

年間休日122日

週休2日制(シフト制/月8~11日)

有給休暇(入社後6か月経過後10日付与

/保有年休のうち毎年5日分は計画取得を実施)
