「経営企画マネージャー候補 【経営基盤の整備/リモートOK】」のポジションの求人です

同社において、取締役会や経営会議の中核として、ガバナンス高度化と経営意思決定の質向上を推進し、経営基盤の整備・運営をリードしていただきます。

経営陣と密に連携しながら、会議体の企画・議題設計・事務局統括を含む運営全般を担い、

経営関連資料の作成・レビューや、取締役・監査役とのコミュニケーションハブとしての役割も求められます。

また、事業部門と連携して新規事業のビジネススキーム検討を進め、法務・経理など関連部門との調整を通じて、事業開発のスピード向上にも寄与していただきます。

【職務内容】

◆コーポレートガバナンス(来期メインミッション)

・権限規定策定

・取締役会、経営会議運営

・内部統制

◆ビジネススキーム整理(法務、税務・会計の知見あれば尚可)

例)CtoCの販売モデルを自社プラットフォーム上で実現するためのスキームなど

◆予算策定 / 進捗管理

・経営戦略、中期経営計画の年次予算へのブレイクダウン

・予実、KPIといった指標の目標設定ならびに進捗管理

・当期着地見込の精査、役員への報告ならびに協議

※FY28以降

◆全社経営課題の抽出 / 事業戦略立案 / 進捗管理

・社内外の情報収集(シンクタンク的役割、情報一元化)

・会社として進むべき方向決め・軌道修正(事業戦略立案)

・戦略立案のためのファシリテーション

・中期経営計画策定

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1000 万円

月額(基本給):410,720円~610,720円
