ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Correctly understand the customer's requirements through drawings and meetings.
- Also correctly understand the structure of the current software and the requirements from the production side.
- With this correct understanding, we design the system architecture.
- As you proceed with the system design, you will resolve any inconsistencies and coordinate with the customer if any issues arise.
- Consider whether the system is structured and free of contradictions.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Meetings with customers will be conducted in Japanese, and customer specifications will also be released in Japanese, must be able to understand them.
- Ability to understand hardware communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, etc.).
- Ability to read the settings and procedures required for control from data sheets.
- Ability to negotiate with manufacturers and extract the information required for QA, etc.
- Ability to operate the product and acquire waveforms and data for software confirmation.
- Ability to design using FMEA, DRBFM, FTA, etc.
- Ability to create documents for customer DR processes, explain them, undergo reviews, and proceed to DR approval on one's own.
- Knowledge of Japanese car manufacturers.
- Knowledge of BCM, remote controls, transmitters, LF antennas, immobilizers.
- Ability to mediate between departments with differing opinions.
- Ability to summarize concerns and progress regarding one's own work and report them correctly.
- To know about encryption types and methods.
- To often check and calculate bit data, have knowledge of that.
- To know what CPU, RAM, ROM, Flash, EEPROM, etc. are and what they are used for.
- Automotive technical, environmental, and homologation standards.
- Functional Safety standard and design rules (e.g. ISO
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputed Institution / University.
