【仕事内容】
System Engineer
他部署と連携し日本チームのリードから戦略までProgramをみていただきます。開発チームが海外にあるため常に海外とのやり取りも発生します。
ソフトウェア、システム、ハードウェアの技術パートナー(TPs/TFs)と連携し、重要な設計指針を決定
欠陥解析を支援し、クロスプログラムでの欠陥検証を実施
過去のプロジェクトのTGR(技術的問題点)やTGW(技術的改善点)をレビューし、計画段階で活用
システムエンジニアリングの観点から、FMEA(故障モード影響解析)を支援し、フェイルセーフ要件を策定
重要な顧客変更による影響分析を行い、コストと機能面の調整を実施

Program management
顧客要件に沿った新製品の市場投入
プログラムの単一窓口として、顧客要件をプロジェクトチームへ展開
プログラムの損益管理
新規ビジネスの範囲を顧客と交渉

Desired Skills and Experience

【必須スキル】
・日本語ビジネスレベル以上 (JLPT N3以上)
・英語ビジネスレベル以上
・自動車業界にてシスエムエンジニアまたはSWエンジニア経験
・IVIまたはMeter / Instrument Clusterの経験
