仕事内容
当社のお仕事は主に「ルームアドバイザー」と「サポート事務」があります。
<ルームアドバイザー>
・事務作業(SUUMOなどに載せるネット広告の作成・書類作成)
・来客対応
・管理業務として物件の見回り
- 引っ越しなどの立ち会いや不備があった時の対応などがメインの業務です。
- 営業といっても飛び込みやノルマは当社ではありません。
<サポート事務>
来客したお客様の受付・ご案内・お茶出し、
電話応対(取り次ぎ)、SUUMOなどに載せるネット広告の作成、
簡単なオフィス内の掃除、書類作成(申込書、管理のお知らせなど)
どちらかのお仕事を適性を見て判断させていただきます。

給与
月給250,000円~300,000円(一律宅建手当含む)
※給与の幅は経験・能力により優遇致します
※不動産営業の経験者は高待遇でお迎えします

- 宅地建物取引士をお持ちの方で、不動産営業の経験者は高待遇でお迎えします。

~ルームアドバイザーの1日の仕事の流れをご紹介~
出社後は簡単な掃除をして、営業スタート。社内でネット広告や書類作成等、事務作業をしつつ、来客があれば都度対応。そのほか引越しの立ち会い等、スケジュールにあわせ取り組んでいきます。また扱う物件の見回りや不備への対応等、管理業務も並行して行うのが普段の業務です。スムーズにこなしていけばしっかり終わる業務量で、残業は基本ありません。営業といってもノルマは一切なく安心して働ける環境です。
