【事業拡大・安定のための増員】

自社EC(シール・ステッカー印刷通販)

のバックエンドエンジニア

現在はリモート勤務の1名体制で運用中。

事業拡大に伴い、バックエンドの

安定性・拡張性を高めるための増員募集です。

【業務内容】

  • 主な業務

・自社ECサイトのバックエンド開発・保守

・受注管理/入稿データ処理/進行管理/出荷連携など

業務ロジック・業務システムの改善

・管理画面・社内向けツールの改修、使い勝手の向上

  • 改善・運用業務

・パフォーマンス改善、バグ修正、技術的負債の解消

・業務フローの自動化・最適化

・既存エンジニアと連携した仕様検討・設計

新規開発よりも、既存システムを理解し、

安定運用と改善を積み重ねていくポジションです。

受託・フロント業務はないため、

納期・仕様変更に振り回されない

ストレスフリーな環境で働けます。

シール・ステッカー印刷を中心とした

自社ECサイトを運営しています。

受注からデータチェック、印刷工程、

発送までをすべて内製しており、

現場の業務に直結するシステムを

自社で育てている環境です。

・Webアプリケーションのバックエンド開発経験

(実務3年以上目安)

・既存コードを理解し、改善・保守に携わった経験

・OS:mac OS / Windows

・言語:Go / TypeScript

・フレームワーク(管理画面・一部API)

・ミドルウェア:NATS / Valkey(Redis互換)

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

9:00 ~ 18:00

・原則定時退社

基本給:年俸 350万円 〜 600万円
