Key job responsibilities
責任範囲詳細は以下の通りです
• セールスフォースやエクセルを用いたデータ分析、リストやレポートの作成
• 研修教材や資料の内容チェック、動作確認、資料や動画のアップロード
• 社内外イベントの運営(名簿作成、ノベルティ・ケータリング手配、受付など)
• 会議室予約、受付時間外の来客時のカード手配
• 備品の整理、消耗品の発注
• 契約書作成およびそれに関わる社内外とのコミュニケーション(メールベース)
• 社内稟議書の内容確認及び処理
• チームのスケジュール管理、チーム全体に関連するその他各種支援業務
※個人の特性を考慮して業務決定を行います

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• ビジネスレベルのPCスキル(Eメール、Slack、Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
• タスクに優先順位をつけて対応することができ、進捗を管理して報告できること。
• Excelのピボットや関数など使用してレポート作成ができること。
• 自ら新しいツールの活用方法などを学ぶ意欲が高いこと
• 庶務や雑事にも前向きに取り組めること
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• ホスピタリティがあり、気配りができる方
• 未経験のツールや業務に対して意欲的に取り組める方
• 英語力(中級:問題なく読み書きが出来るレベル)
