生コンクリートの出荷予定を立て、現場・製造・ドライバーと連携するお仕事です

仕事内容
====
電話で生コンの出荷予定(納入現場、配合、到着時間など)を受けて、配車計画を立て、製造・ドライバーとの連携をお任せします。
・お客様から生コンクリートの注文を受けたり、納品時間のやり取りをする
・配送先の状況やドライバーの空き状況を確認して、台数や出発時間を調整する
・配送に必要な伝票を作詞し、ドライバーに伝える
・売上伝票の作成、データ入力などの事務作業
を行なっていただきます。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:00 始業
午前:パッチャー、配車、翌日の出荷確認、日計整理
お昼休憩
午後:パッチャー、配車、プラント点検、清掃
17:00 就業
計画的に業務を行うので、残業はほぼ発生しません。
