Anker Japanの新たなチャネル確立に向け、B2B領域での新たな販売チャネル・パートナーシップの開拓戦略を担っていただきます。リテールで確立されたブランド力を活かし、法人という新たな成長領域に挑戦することが可能です。実務営業は代理店と協業をするため、より上流の販売戦略を自ら企画・実行できるポジションです。
【職務詳細】
・B2B領域における販売戦略・チャネル戦略の企画立案
・販売代理店とのアライアンス構築およびリレーションマネジメント
・オフィスサプライ系企業との協業スキーム企画・提案
・製品カテゴリ(PC充電器、電源タップ、ケーブル等)の市場分析と販売戦略立案
・売上/利益などKPIの設計・モニタリング・改善提案
・社内関連部署(プロダクト・マーケティング・ロジスティクス等)との連携・調整
※将来的には自治体などニーズがある業界・業種へのさらなる展開も予定しています。
【チーム体制】
20代~30代前半の社員を中心とし3~5名の少数精鋭のチームです。役職や年次に関係なくフラットに意見を出し合いながら事業を推進しています。本ポジションでは、チームのコアメンバーとして、既存メンバーと連携しながら事業戦略の立案から実行まで幅広くご担当いただきます。

【必須】
・メーカーまたは代理店でのセールスや事業開発、アライアンス企画等のご経験(目安2年以上)
・社内外の関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを進行できる力
・日常会話~ビジネスレベルの語学力(目安:TOEIC800点)
【尚可】
・メーカーでのB2B営業経験
・オフィスサプライ、PC周辺機器、日用電化製品などの商材経験
【給与】
年収:600万~1000万程度
月給制:月額250000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
