仕事内容:

◆認知症グループホームでの介護スタッフ募集◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 大阪市住之江区にある認知症グループホームです。ユマニチュード技法を導入し、利用者様の人間らしさを大切にしたケアを実践しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 身体介助、入浴介助、レクリエーション、調理業務が主な内容です。入浴は利用者様のご希望をお聞きし週2回以上行い、調理は材料とレシピが用意されているため、料理が苦手な方でも安心して取り組めます。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. ユマニチュード技法の研修・セミナー参加や学習会を通じて、段階的にスキルアップできる環境が整っています。

Q. 働きやすさはどうですか?

A. 年間休日124日に加え、リフレッシュ休暇2~4日、入職時特別休暇3日が付与され、プライベート時間を大切にできます。複数の休憩スペースや50円のバリスタコーヒー、法人内保育園など福利厚生も充実しています。

・7:30~16:00

・9:00~17:30

シフト制

①7:30~16:00

②9:00~17:30

③11:30~20:00

④16:30~翌朝9:30 (休憩120分)

休暇・休日:

◇年間休日124日 ・ 月公休10日(5月・12月は12日公休)

◇有休:6ヶ月後法定通り付与

◇入職時特別休暇:3日(入職時にすぐに付与される休暇になります使用期限半年間)

◇リフレッシュ休暇:年3日間(入職時期により初年度は日数は異なります)
