  • 月給40万円~スタート

___《具体的な仕事内容》___

  • 仕入れ(千葉県・茨城県・埼玉県内のいずれか)

・不動産店舗(仲介業者)への飛込み営業、電話営業による土地情報の収集

※月1・2区画程度の安定仕入れ

土地取得のための法人営業です。

駅前や住宅街などにある不動産会社に営業をして、関係性をつくるところから初めます。

最初は新規開拓が中心になりますが、どんどん関係構築できれば、業者さんからのお電話をいただくことで安定して業績を上げていけるようなポジションです。

不動産業の中でも「仕入れ営業」は特に不動産のプロを目指せるお仕事です。

「空いた土地に対してどんな建物なら建てられそうか?法令の条件を調べてみよう」

「この道一本挟むだけで価格が変わってくるから、買値の設定は要注意・・・」など、常に細かい知識を自分自身もアップデートしながら、お仕事を進めます。

  • 基本的なコミュニケーション+土地に対するオタク的な気質があると、かなり面白くなるお仕事ですよ。

もちろん、丁寧な研修がありますので未経験からでもご活躍いただけます

解体や造成の手配は、自社グループの施工管理が担当。

内勤サポートスタッフもおり、専門知識が必要な部分は手厚くフォローしてくれます。

・10日間の導入研修(ゲームやロープレ、実地研修を含めた充実の内容)

【フォローアップ研修】

・1週間のうち、6~10時間は研修時間として確保

・AIを駆使し効果的なトークと自分のトークの比較・分析

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

10:00~19:30(休憩1.5時間)

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万5975円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
