仕事内容:

~サービスの解約をご希望でお電話頂いたお客様への電話対応業務~

▼主な仕事内容

・契約内容の確認や、見直し及び各種変更受付。

・サービス継続が困難な場合は解約の受付を実施。

<主な応対の具体例>

「現在利用中のサービスを解約したい」

「解約時に発生する費用について確認したい」

「撤去工事の方法を変更したい」

などなど。

1回の応対時間は約10分~20分、

後処理に5分~10分です。

1時間に約3件の対応をお任せします。

トークスクリプトなどのマニュアル完備

わからないことや困ったことがあれば、

いつでもサポートをうけることができます。

~約1ヶ月の研修あり~

座学・OJT共にベテランの研修員が

あなたの就業をしっかりとサポートしていきますので、

未経験のかたでも安心してスタートさせることが出来ます(^^)/

求める人材:

・未経験OK

・PCの基本的な操作(手もとを見ながらでOK)

勤務時間・曜日:

月~日の間で週5日

※土日祝は勤務が必須ですが休み希望は出せます。

休暇・休日:

シフトにより週休2日

※希望休は月6日間まで可能

給与:

時給:1,388円 ※研修中も同時給

交通費:全額支給 ※規定あり/上限3万円
