配属先のミッション

教育分野(大学)に対する、学務/LMSを中心としたコンサルティング提案・システム導入。また、関連システムとの連携による、お客様業務効率化の推進。

更には、各種アプリケーションやシステムから取得できるログ等のデータを活用したDXビジネスモデル検討、お客様のパートナーとして案件創出を行う。

募集背景

少子化により、大学における学生獲得の競争が激しくなり、差別化や独自の魅力度創出など、大学へのDXアプローチが重要となっている。DXの取り組みに力を入れるために、大学における顧客業務の理解、課題抽出などのコンサルティング、先進技術を活用したネットワーク/サーバ/システムに関するスキル、学務/LMS(以下、Learning Management System)などの業務アプリケーションのスキルを有したエンジニアを増やしていき、その上で、大学におけるデータ利活用やデータ連携などによる、DX提案の活性化が求められる。これらSIの提案構築を推進するSE,PMを募集する。

・大学に対する、コンサルティング業務、ソリューション提案・構築・運用案件の実施・推進およびプロジェクトマネジメント

・自身が所掌する組織の管理者としてのマネジメント業務

取り組み事例:

・学務/LMS等を中心とした大学ソリューション、並びにDXソリューションに係るお客様ニーズの把握と新たな案件の創出

・マルチベンダーの優位性を活用したコンサルティング業務(他社ソリューション/自社商材の選定)

・要件定義~システム構築までのプロジェクト全体のマネジメント業務

・自社大学ビジネスの中長期計画の確立に向けた検討

・大学の学務/LMSにおけるお客様業務を理解し、アプリケーション設計/試験のできるスペシャリスト人材(即戦力)

・お客様の要望や課題から、システムグランドデザイン等を作成でき、コンサル提案できる人材

・お客様業務を理解し、アプリケーションログ等、データを活用したDX提案ができる人材(業務しながら成長)

・新たなビジネスモデル、技術に対し、率先してチャレンジできる人材

・プロジェクトマネージャーとして、スケジュール管理、タスク管理、課題管理を行いつつ、大規模案件を推進できる人材

・チームを統率し、部下マネジメントを行える人物

応募資格(必須)

①または②の要件を満たし、③および④の要件を満たす方

①ネットワーク、サーバ、システムの提案、要件定義、基本設計、構築いずれかの経験(3年以上)

②アプリケーションの提案、要件定義、基本設計いずれかの経験(3年以上)

③大学/公共機関/大規模民間企業いずれかに対し、ネットワークおよびサーバまたはクラウドの提案・構築いずれかの経験(PM/PLとして3年以上)

④複数の社員(5名以上)を率いた管理者としてのマネジメント業務の経験(2年以上)

・大規模案件において、顧客の経営中長期計画策定やそれに伴うシステムの導入に向けたコンサルティングを行った経験

・大学が活用するネットワーク、サーバ、システムおよびアプリケーションに対する豊富な業務知識、ベンダー人脈

・パブリッククラウドに関する技術知識・スキル

・ゼロトラストなどのセキュリティスキル

・アプリケーションログ等のデータを活用し、BIツール等で可視化した経験

・システムやアプリケーションの開発、試験経験

・マネジメント経験や後輩育成経験

年収:約900万円~約1,440万円

月給:約59万円~約83万円、基本給:約47万円~約83万円

①時間外手当は残業時間に応じて支払います。
