FEELCYCLEスタジオの維持管理に関わる業務全般を担っていただきます。

メンテナンス・リペアを中心に、移転・閉店を含むすべての施設管理業務と関係者調整を行うポジションとなります。

仕事内容

・メンテナンス計画の策定と実行 ・メンテナンス・リペア実務全般(修繕方法検討、現地調査、協力業者調整、関連事務作業、スケジュール作成・管理) ・施設設備情報及びメンテナンス、リペア情報の管理 ・店舗スタッフへの具体的な対処指示とリペア方法のインプット ・店舗の鍵管理・運用 ・突発事案・トラブルへの対応(店舗からの問い合わせ対応、業者手配、工事立ち合い)

必須条件

・店舗内装または施工管理に携わった経験がある方(業界不問) ・設備管理業務に携わった経験がある方(業界不問)

本社 GINZA SIXオフィス

東京都中央区銀座6‐10‐1 GINZA SIX 10F

勤務時間

・所定労働時間:8時間 ・フレックスタイム制:あり

(コアタイム:10:00~16:00) ・残業手当:あり

(9:00-18:00、10:00-19:00で勤務するメンバーが多いです。)

給与

経験・能力を考慮のうえ、当社規定により決定します。

・想定年収:500万円~700万円

(月給+賞与での目安金額) ・月額例:357,000円~500,000円

(基本給+30時間分の固定残業手当、30時間超過分は追加支給)

賞与

・業績連動での支給

・支給回数:年1回(5月)

・評価期間:前年3月1日~当年2月末

給与改定

年1回(5月)

・休日:完全週休2日制(土曜、日曜)、祝日 ・有給休暇:入社半年経過後に10日付与 ・その他休暇:年末年始休暇(12/31-1/3)、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇
