【職務内容】

カスタマーサクセス担当として、オンボーディングから導入後の活用支援、営業支援まで幅広くご担当いただきます。 ホリゾンタルSaaSとして、SMBからEnterprise企業まで多様な顧客とのソリューション構築を通じて、Fileforceの利用促進と お客様の事業成功を推進していただきます。

【具体的には】

・ 導入前企業様へ営業支援

・ 導入後企業様へオンボーディング対応および活用支援

・ お客様へ利用促進提案およびアップセル/クロスセル活動

・ 顧客リレーション構築、コンテンツ企画・作成

・ On-boardセミナーへ対応・企画・登壇

・ CustomerVoice収集

・ 開発へ定期的フィードバック・提案

【顧客担当社数と数量】

新規オンボーディングでは、1人あたり月5ー10社程度を担当 。既存大型顧客の継続フォローも担当しますが、決まった型がないため自ら最適なアプローチを考え実践できます

【必須】

・ IT業界でのカスタマーサクセス経験(2年以上)

・ クロスセル/アップセル推進経験

・ オンボーディング対応/顧客満足度向上への貢献経験

・ クライアントや社内メンバーと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力

・ 従業員1000名以上への営業支援及び導入支援活動経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
