\お任せする仕事内容/

生コンリサイクルプラントでの

プラント設備工作物の作成・修繕作業及び

他社プラント建築現場でも溶接作業ををお願いします。

また車両系建設機械運転技能講習修了者、

大型免許の所持者の方は

重機オペレーター業務10tダンプの運転もお任せします。

建築現場や建物解体から発生するコンクリート廃材を、

弊社の独自技術でリサイクルし、道路舗装用の資材や

製品として生まれ変わらせる仕事です。

  • 具体的には

バックホー(ユンボ、ショベルカーなど)を使用して、

材料となるコンクリートの掻き上げや投入作業を行います。

破砕・調整された製品を、タイヤショベル(ホイールローダー)で

ダンプトラックと連携を取りながら積み込みます。

入社後は先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導しますのでご安心ください。

大型免許をお持ちの方には、運搬業務もお任せします。

その他、骨材製造業務や機械設備の保守点検・メンテナンス業務も

担当していただきます。

上記の以外にも

・金属加工

・機械加工

・tig溶接

・クレーンオペレーター

・移動式クレーンオペレーター

・フォークリフト

・建設業

などの経験者、大歓迎です。

勤務時間は早番と遅番の交替制です。

夜勤は固定制で2週間おきにローテーションを組むため、

仕事のリズムが安定し、予定も立てやすいのが特徴です。

  • 勤務地

基本的に事業所のある大田区が中心ですが、江東区若洲方面、

川崎市方面、横浜方面への当社関連会社のプラント及び都内近郊出張もあります。

給与


月給300,000〜480,000円

<試用期間3カ月/短縮・延長の場合有>

時給1,300円~1,700円

※試用期間中の雇用形態は契約社員です。

月給29万円~48万円(一律調整現場手当10,000円~50,000円+固定残業代含む)

※上記月給に固定残業代として時間外労働の有無に関わらず、30時間分/月35,000円~100,000円を支給。

超過分は別途支給。

※資格・経験・年齢を考慮

【想定年収】年収370万円~590万円

固定残業代35,000円(1か月あたり20時間)

固定残業代を超過した分は別途支給いたします。

江東区若洲方面、川崎市方面の勤務の場合もあります。

勤務先は東京都大田区にありますが、

品川区、世田谷区、

横浜市鶴見区、港北区、神奈川区方面からも通いやすいです。

マイカー通勤OKで無料駐車場完備です

【早番】7:00~16:00

【遅番】16:00~翌1:00

※休憩80分

(60分休憩+10分休憩2回)

※夜勤は固定で管理しており、

2週間おきにローテーションを組んでいます。

前もってシフトが把握できるため、

予定も調整しやすいです
