【仕事内容】

自社で100%開発する検索サービス等の、検索エンジンの設計、構築、連携するアプリケーションの開発・保守運用(スキーマ変更、障害対応等)、各種ツール類の整備・拡充など、裁量を持って幅広い業務携わっていただきます。 大量の検索リクエストに対し適切な検索体験を提供するために、検索基盤の安定化や高速化、 新しい検索アルゴリズムや独自の仕組みについて有用性検証等の導入検討や適用を期待します。

【具体的には】

・検索エンジンの設計、構築、連携するアプリケーションの開発・運用・保守、各種ツール類の整備・拡充

・高速で適切な検索体験を提供するための新たな検索アルゴリズムの適用や検索基盤の安定化

・新しい検索アルゴリズムや独自の仕組みについて技術検証等の導入検討や適用による性能改善

・データサイエンスチームとの協業による検索体験向上のための施策検討・実施

・エンジニア部門内の横断チームとしてマイクロサービス開発、試験環境整備

・上記を通じた学びや成果に関する社外カンファレンス等への登壇、テックブログへの寄稿

【求める人材】

・Solr、Elasticsearchなどを利用した検索システムの開発経験

・自然言語処理、人工知能、機械学習などの理解

・RDBMS、NoSQLを用いた開発経験

・AWS等のクラウドサービスの基本的な知識

・Java、PythonまたはNode.js等の開発経験

【歓迎】

・Webクローリングやスクレイピングの開発、運用経験

・DockerやKubernetes等を用いた開発、運用経験

・CI/CDの導入、運用経験

・フロントエンド開発とバックエンド開発とで連携した開発経験

・セキュリティとパフォーマンスを意識した技術設計の知見

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
