【一般事務スタッフ募集】

株式会社アドバンスト・メディカル・ケアの社員として

日本橋室町三井タワー内「ミッドタウンクリニック」のバックオフィスで勤務していただけるスタッフを募集します。

事務作業を中心に、幅広い業務を担当していただきます。

仕事内容:

・受診者へのご案内、受診推奨のお知らせ送付(電話・メール・書面対応)

・医療機関への紹介手配に関する事務サポート(紹介状送付、日程調整など)

・会員情報・健診結果データの整理・入力・更新

・検診結果レポートのチェックおよびファイリング

・受診予約のセッティング・変更対応

・他部署との連携調整(事務的連絡・資料共有など)

・その他付随する事務

・昇給あり(年1回)

・賞与あり(年2回※夏・冬 前年実績4か月分)
