The Global Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and generate sales leads for our used vehicle export business.
This role is crucial for maximizing our online presence in key international markets, particularly Kenya and Tanzania, through effective web marketing, content strategy, and social media engagement.

- Compensation (Gross Monthly): ¥400,000 ~ ¥600,000 JPY (Commensurate with experience and skills.)
Reference USD Compensation:
Approximately $2,667 ~ $4,000 USD, based on current exchange rates.

- Web Marketing &
SEO:
Executing day-to-day web marketing activities, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (SEM), and continually monitoring website analytics to drive traffic and improve conversion rates (CRO).
Content Strategy & Creation:
Planning, developing, and managing engaging, market-specific content (e.g., blog posts, guides) tailored to attract and educate buyers in the target export regions.
- Social Media Management (SNS): Managing and growing the company's social media presence and engagement across relevant platforms, with a strategy customized for the Kenyan and Tanzanian markets.
Performance Analysis:
Tracking and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns against key KPIs to ensure maximum ROI and resource efficiency.
