企画から完成まで一貫して携われる

声・音・物語を組み合わせて作品を生み出す仕事

「好き」をカタチにできるクリエイティブ職

【具体的な仕事内容】

今後の事業拡大に向け、音声コンテンツの企画から制作・リリースまでを担当する「企画・構成ディレクター」を募集します。

脚本・演出・キャスティングなど、作品づくりの全体を動かすポジションです。

【① 企画立案・演出・世界観の構築】

・作品のテーマやストーリー構成を考え、脚本や音声演出の方向性をまとめます

・キャラクター設定や物語の世界観づくりを担当

【② ライター・声優・イラストレーターとの連携】

・シナリオライターや声優へのディレクション

・イラストや演出素材の発注・監修・品質管理

【③ 制作全体の進行・品質管理】

・制作スケジュールの管理

・収録や編集の最終チェック

・クオリティの統一や演出方針の決定

・音声コンテンツのディレクションまたは制作経験

・作品企画やシナリオ構成への理解・関心

【シフト制】

10:30~19:30の間で、1日3時間以上、週3日以上勤務OK

【シフト例】

10:30~17:00 / 13:00~19:30 / 16:00~20:00

休日休暇


・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・GW、年末年始など長期休暇あり

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1300円 〜 2500円

時給1300~円

  • Aさん(副業・週3日)

勤務時間:13:00〜18:00(5時間)

勤務日数:週3日

時給:1,300円

  • 月収例:1,300円 × 5時間 × 12日 = 月収 78,000円

  • Bさんの場合(フル稼働に近い働き方)

勤務時間:10:00〜18:00(7時間)

勤務日数:週5日

時給:1,500円(スキル考慮後の報酬)

  • 月収例:1,500円 × 7時間 × 24日 =月収 252,000円
